Website – offering an after school session on “Posting Lesson Plans on School Website” today from 3:30 to 4:30. Attendees who RSVPed are:

Kenny Moore – reported that, not only is his MacBook Pro battery dead, but now it powers off about three times a day. I’m checking with Mr. Gower on the status of our PO to purchase more laptops.

Emily Fixico – requested help with moving to local account from network account.

eRate – received committment letter for Category 2 funding. Sent amounts to vendor for verification. Sent notification to Mr. Gower for required signature. 

eRate – began RFP Questionaire for 2017-18

Bridget Campbell – requested name change with her email. I explained that she would have to notify everyone she corresponds with of the change and asked if she wanted to proceed.

ATT – received answer to funding delay question for 200 Mb circuit. Angela at ATT resonded, “I believe that you should advise ONENET of this and they should be able to help you.  We are just waiting for instructions from them of when to activate.”

OneNet – received answer to funding delay question for 200 Mb circuit. Angela at OneNet responded, “We will continue with the upgrade since the circuit is already ordered and when it is ready we will just rate limit it to your current speed until you are ready for the upgrade so you are still in compliance with Erate.”

DNI – sent committment amounts to Peder Angvall to confirm that they cover our project.
